How to Enable Webhooks
When you click on Webhooks, you will be taken to the page as shown in the image below. To get access to FourKites Webhooks, reach out to your Customer Success Manager at FourKites.
Ensure that your company is licensed for Callbacks/Webhooks before having FourKites Webhooks enabled.
You can also click on the "Talk to Support" button to submit a case mentioning that you need FourKites Webhooks enabled for your company, and a representative from FourKites will reach out to you for guidance.
FourKites will also support customization by different TMS. If customization is needed, submit a support case here.
