When using Network Visibility, the types of callback events you can subscribe to are different compared to loads managed by your organization, as data elements and data privacy requirements vary by the companies sharing with your organization. The focus for Network Visibility loads is subscription to the most critical events which can drive optimization at your facilities.

### Network Visibility Events

The following events are available for Network Visibility customers with loads shared from external vendors. These events will trigger for inbound loads, providing automated visibility into shipment activities.
